At each Supper Club event, I design a multi-course tasting menu built around seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and thoughtful techniques. Every dish tells a story — from the inspiration behind the ingredients to the journey that brought the plate together.

Guests are seated together in an intimate setting, creating the atmosphere of a true chef’s table. Throughout the evening, I guide everyone through the courses, sharing insights into the cooking process, flavor pairings, and the inspiration behind each dish. It’s interactive, personal, and designed to connect people through food.
