meet the chef
Bahamian Born, Bred and Proud! A father of 2 beautiful boys and a 20 year industry chef working in both major and minor boutique resorts all throughout the Bahamian archipelago I have been satisfying locals and guests alike for most of my career. I am currently the Executive Chef at Abaco Beach Resort & Marina where I get to put my love of food and my creativity to use daily. My drive and passion comes from my mother who was a old school self taught cook with a flair for the eccentric. My mission as a chef has been and will always be to bring people closer together through great food. There are very few things in this world that are universal regardless of race, creed or sex and I believe food is one of them.
